It's the most wonderful time of the year!

Hurray! School is back in session for all of the Tedrow children. Trisha enjoys peace and quiet for a while.

Samantha has started her Junior year at Charleston Southern University. Go Buccaneers! It is hard to believe that she will be turning twenty next month. She continues to do well with her studies. Please leave a comment here if you would like to email her or send her a letter. Sam can always use a little pick me up every now and then, especially if spending money is involved. Sam's volleyball team is currently on a 3 game winning streak and Sam has been honored as CSU Player of the Week this week. You can go to csusports.com to check out all of the latest Buccaneer womens volleyball news and highlights. Her team heads to Georgia Southern University this weekend for a tournament.

Hannah is in her sophomore year at Orange Lutheran High School. She loves it there. Her teachers and classmates are AWESOME. She has challenged herself this year taking Geometry and honors biology. She is also setting for the varsity volleyball team which is currently ranked ninth in CIF. They are a young team with only a couple of seniors, mostly sophomores. Hannah really enjoys her teammates and coaches at O-Lu.

Elizabeth just started Kindergarden at Foothill Ranch Elementary. She absolutely adores her teacher and has made friends quickly. She will definitely be the princess of the family. Elizabeth is very much at home modelling clothes, walking a runway or singing/dancing/ acting on stage. She continues to entertain us on a daily basis.

Kathryn has started her class at Trabuco Mesa. She continues to make progress with her speech as her vocabulary constantly grows. She loves to play on the computer, as well as swing and play at the park. She is a much happier child these days and is smiling and laughing alot more. Her DAN doctor continues to treat her for heavy metal detox and we are currently attacking viral infections. We will continue to do everything in our power to get Kathryn better. Please continue to pray for her and her recovery.

Trish and Glen are busy being mom and dad, husband and wife, taxi and whatever. Trish has enjoyed reading her Debbie Macomber books that were just released. With volleyball season once again upon us, we will be spending quite a bit of time in the gym watching Hannah play, as well as following the exploits of the Lady Buccaneers on the internet.

That is all for now. Next month is big birthday month as Sam turns 20 on the 12th, Hannah turns 15 on the 15th, and Trish turns ?? on the 30th.

Summer coming to an end!

Well, it's August and summer is just about over. Sam left last Friday for Charleston to start her Junior year. Whoa, the time has gone by quickly. She is still dating her beau Frederick. He is an angel for putting up with Sam for so long (ha-ha). Sam will be playing volleyball for the Lady Buccaneers as a setter. Hannah is back at Orange Lutheran High School to start her Sophomore year. She is very excited about the Volleyball team. They have a preseason tournament in Oxnard this weekend. Hannah's big news for the summer was getting her braces removed about two weeks ago. She is wearing a retainer now, but she loves not having to deal with braces anymore.

Elizabeth starts Kindergarten next month at Foothill Ranch Elementary. She is sooooo ready for school. She has been driving Trisha up the wall. Along with Kindergarten, Elizabeth is going to start attending a community class for those interested in the performing arts. Kind of like a kids community theatre class. Elizabeth is our shining star. She sang in church this past Sunday with her VBS friends and just stole the hearts of all the church members.

Kathryn is still plugging along. Every day we see something new from her. Her vocabulary increases daily and so does her love for her family. Trish feels like a taxi though shuttling Kathryn from morning school, to speech, to occupational therapy, and at-home ABA. We remain hopeful that Kathryn will lose her Autism diagnosis and be able to function independently at school.

Welcome to our new site!

Hey everyone! The Tedrow's have officially entered the computer age. This site will contain all of the recent happenings as well as recent pictures. It may take a bit to get it going, but soon it will be fantastic. Look for birthday and Christmas wih lists from all of the girls, as well as messages from Sam, Hannah, Elizabeth, Trish and Glen.
